Jacksonville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jacksonville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love boba tea and this store! Today, we had worst experience ever! It is a busy day today, we ordered 3 drinks. One of them had chew boba ( not brown sugar boba). The staff told me they out of the boba that I ordered and needs to wait 15 mins. I said it’s is ok to wait because I didn’t want brown sugar boba. After 15mins waiting, another staff told me the boba that I ordered needs another 40 mins waiting after I already wait 15mins… very rude staffs. And I ended up with a boba milk tea without boba…. And this drink cost me $8.5…Will NEVER come back. And this place used to be my go to place:(

One of my top favorite boba tea shops in Jax. It is a little pricey ~ up there with Tsaocaa prices, but, l prefer Moge boba tea over Tsaocaa boba tea if given the choice of both side by side. The quality is there and I’m happy to pay a little more for a better quality product. I’ve been frequenting this Jax location since they opened just a couple of years ago. Sometimes they do a happy hour discount after work hours and I really appreciate when they have deals like that going on. In a world where everything is quite expensive, especially an unnecessary sweet treat, it’s nice that Moge thinks of our wallets. This shop is always clean, well kept, stays steady, and open late (late for a boba tea shop) I actually like the option of ordering from a kiosk verses ordering from a counter because you have pictures of the items. I know that sounds silly, but if you are undecided of what you want, seeing a picture and reading the description of the item really helps. You have the option to do both here - either order from a person behind the counter at the front, or use the kiosk off to the side near the entrance of the shop. Every visit the staff has been super nice. I accidentally order

Tried this place for the first time last week and I really enjoyed it. This is a great study space or a place to chat with friends. Their menu offers a wide variety of boba teas and they have a happy hour Monday through Friday! I recommend trying the crème brûlée and Oreo bobas. The staff was super friendly and the decor is super cute too!

Tried the brown sugar bubble milk tea and the super fruit green tea today. I recommend 0-30% sugar if you want your drinks lightly sweetened. I got my milk tea with 30% and it was still pretty sweet from the boba mix. The fruit tea is a perfect summer drink, very fresh and citrusy with a sweet and sour flavor🍊🍋 The drinks were made with boba and jelly. You can tell they make the boba themselves, it's bobalicious 😋🔥 Update: we got super fruit black tea tastes amazing, better than the green tea but isn't visually satisfying 🤣. Fresh Watermelon tea slush was pretty good as well and is made with real fruit.

Not my first choice for boba tea, there are definitely better places in town. Ordered the Fresh Mango Tea Slush and it tasted very bland. It tasted like watered down orange juice for some reason, and there were no mango chunks like the one shown on the menu. Also ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. There was way too much milk and barely any tea flavor. The milk also didn't taste fresh, it tasted like skim/powdered milk. There was also no service, everything is ordered through a kiosk with a passive-aggressive sign asking for tips. There's also no option for a physical receipt, you have to type a name and a phone number for a text notification. I don't mind tipping, but having that sign doesn't really create a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is nice and clean.
